By creating an account or using the Rexapad platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rexapad is an AI-driven marketing automation platform that analyzes your business website, generates branded content (text, images, and video), and publishes it to connected social media accounts on your behalf. The Service includes content generation, media rendering, scheduling, and publishing features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit spam, phishing, or malicious content through connected social accounts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is produced using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. Rexapad does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

6. Social Media Publishing

By connecting your social media accounts and approving content for publication, you authorize Rexapad to post on your behalf. You remain responsible for all content published through your connected accounts and must ensure compliance with each platform's terms of service.

7. Payment Terms

After your free trial period, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your brand assets, website content, and any original materials you provide. Content generated by the Service using your brand profile is owned by you. The Service itself, including its software, design, and documentation, remains the property of Rexapad.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rexapad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the billing management page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
